Our Founders’ Journey
Organik Earth was founded by Avinash Malhotra and Vibhu Malhotra,
driven by a shared ambition to redefine luxury skincare through purity and global excellence.
Avinash, educated in Australia and inspired by global exposure after returning from Russia,
envisioned bringing an Indian botanical luxury brand to the world stage. Vibhu, educated at a
prestigious university in Singapore, brings uncompromising standards of quality, formulation,
and production excellence.
Together, under the guidance of their father and mentor, Mr. Rajesh Malhotra,
Organik Earth has grown into a family-built brand anchored in ethics, craftsmanship, and
long-term stewardship — combining entrepreneurial spirit with institutional discipline.
